1. Simulated environment
Every Novix account — during evaluation and once funded — is simulated. No account sends real orders to any exchange and no account holds or risks real trading capital. References to "funded" accounts describe eligibility for a discretionary payout, not custody of real funds.
2. Market data, not market access
Trades are priced against live third-party market data (Binance mark price) to reflect realistic conditions, including slippage and fees. This creates realistic performance measurement, but it is not equivalent to trading on a live exchange, and results in a simulated account may not reflect what would happen with real capital.
3. No guaranteed income
Passing an evaluation and receiving payouts depends on trading performance within the published rules. Past payouts, including the proofs shown on this site, are not indicative of future results, and no level of profit or payout is guaranteed.
4. General trading risk
Trading crypto derivatives is inherently risky, even in a simulated setting used to assess skill. You should only participate if you understand leverage, volatility, and the rules that govern loss limits and account termination.
5. Not financial advice
